Principais Responsabilidades
Onboarding de Alunos: Conduzir o processo de integração dos novos alunos, garantindo uma recepção acolhedora e alinhando todas as informações para um início de jornada engajador.

Acompanhamento da Jornada: Manter contato proativo e construir um relacionamento de confiança com os alunos, identificando suas necessidades e oferecendo soluções personalizadas.

Gestão da Experiência: Atuar como ponto focal para o aluno, garantindo a resolução ágil de suas solicitações e a fluidez de sua experiência.

Análise de Indicadores: Monitorar e analisar as métricas de sucesso da área (satisfação, retenção, engajamento), propondo ações de melhoria com base nos dados.

Identificação de Oportunidades: Colaborar com a equipe de vendas para identificar e direcionar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell que agreguem valor à jornada do aluno. REQUISITOS:

Experiência prévia com atendimento ao cliente, sucesso do cliente, ou áreas de relacionamento.

Domínio do Pacote Office e facilidade de adaptação a novos sistemas.

Ensino Superior (completo ou cursando) em Gestão Comercial, Administração, Marketing ou áreas correlatas. (diferencial)

Habilidades e Competências
Comunicação: Capacidade de se comunicar de forma clara, empática e eficaz, tanto verbalmente quanto por escrito.

Foco na Solução: Proatividade e mentalidade orientada para a resolução de problemas, sempre visando o sucesso do aluno.

Organização: Habilidade para gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e acompanhar diferentes jornadas de alunos de forma estruturada.

Relacionamento Interpessoal: Paixão por interagir com pessoas e construir conexões genuínas.
