About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oncology Account Leader to join our team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for expanding awareness of rare diseases and RRD's portfolio among hospital practitioners and KOLs, driving sales, and achieving budget targets.

This position covers the countryside of São Paulo State, Mato Grosso, and Mato Grosso do Sul.

Key Responsibilities
STRATEGIC CONTRIBUTION:

  • Contribute to the regional market development strategy.
  • Provide market updates during monthly business meetings.
  • Deliver regular analyses of field dynamics and specific regional needs.

Execution

  • Drive sales performance within the assigned territory.
  • Advocate to have RRD products included in hospital formularies
  • Provide information for physicians and pharmacists on RRD as a Company, Scientific information on rare diseases and Orphan Drugs environment
  • Technical & Scientific information on RRD products
  • Maintain regular face-to-face meetings with hospital practitioners and KOLs
  • Organize scientific meetings with opinion leaders
  • Attending congresses to promote RRD products
  • Weekly reports on his/her activity

Required Education

  • Business or Scientific background education: administrator, economist, pharmacist and/or other related areas

Required Skills And Experience

  • 5 years pharmaceutical promotion & sales experience (3 years' experience in the region assigned)
  • Proven experience in specialty care, oncology, hematology, and/or rare diseases.
  • Established Network of HCPs
  • Regional knowledge
  • Strong understanding of both private and public healthcare market
  • Knowledge of pediatric oncology will be a strong advantage
