What You'll Do:

· Full-time on-site project lead ensuring IT service continuity and team supervision.
· Manages asset lifecycle: inventory, security, disposal, and data analysis.
· Oversees inspection coordination, quality tracking, and system optimization.
· Implements service standards, training, and knowledge base maintenance.
· Coordinates resource dispatch, shift planning, and cross-regional support.
· Develops service processes, monitors KPIs, and enhances operational efficiency.
· Addresses business demands, ad-hoc projects, and emergency resolutions.
· Facilitates inter-department communication and strategic planning support.
