Description and Requirements

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration and maintenance of connections with platforms like VTEX, Anymarket, and others.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for marketplace partners including Mercado Livre, Amazon, Casas Bahia, among others.
  • Ensure full functionality and data synchronization between internal systems and external marketplaces.
  • Monitor integration performance and resolve any technical issues (data inconsistency, sync failures, API errors). Monitor and control listings, inventory, pricing, and order management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data integration, API connectivity, and platform configurations.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketplace and e-commerce trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
  • Knowledge in BI and data management, construction of dashboards and visions of sales, KPIs and metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience within Sales Ops & VTEX
  • English proficiency (written and spoken) required
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team with limited supervision
  • Able to work in a hybrid format (3x office, 2x Home office)
