Missão

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Conduzir iniciativas de desenvolvimento de negócios e alcançar metas de vendas.
  • Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos sólidos com stakeholders-chave (C-level, engenharia, compras, etc.).
  • Identificar e qualificar oportunidades de projetos de capital alinhados aos objetivos estratégicos.
  • Colaborar com equipes internas e parceiros para entregar propostas técnicas e comerciais completas.
  • Coordenar planejamento de contas e desenvolvimento de pipeline em horizontes de curto e longo prazo.
  • Garantir alinhamento e comunicação eficaz com equipes de projeto para atender às expectativas dos clientes.
Perfil

Requisitos

  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos como BD Manager no setor de EPC e T&D.
  • Conhecimento dos modelos de negócios EPC e dos principais players do setor.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens até 30%.
  • Conhecimento no mercado brasileiro de Linhas de Transmissão.
  • Inglês fluente (espanhol é um diferencial).
  • Experiência sólida em Microsoft Office.
  • Histórico comprovado em Vendas Estratégicas e Gestão de Contas.
  • Fortes habilidades de negociação comercial e relacionamento (contatos em nível C são altamente valorizados).
  • Capacidade de atuar de forma autônoma, com iniciativa e foco em resultados.
  • Boa organização e planejamento.
  • Liderança e influência em ambientes multiculturais e matriciais.
