Senior Manager, Digital Marketplace Job DescriptionOverview:As a Senior Manager in our digital marketplace, you will play a key role in driving the growth and profitability of our online presence.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our marketplace operations, including inventory planning, listings, catalog management, brand store updates, PDP optimization, account health, and other business operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage all marketplace operations, including inventory planning, listings, catalog management, brand store updates, PDP optimization, account health, and other business operations.Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to accelerate marketplace growth while maintaining brand equity and profitability.Cross-functional communication between marketplace and internal teams and lead recurring calls as the main account owner.Assortment, promotions, and pricing strategy development.Forecasting needs, revenue planning, and sell in/sell through analysis.Plan and execute new product launches, collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.Monitor and improve online retailer-specific KPIs, including NetPPM, ASP, buyability, conversion rate, in-stock %, chargebacks, Share of Voice and content compliance.Competitive category insights and analysis using data analysis tools and other competitive insight gathering to identify growth opportunities for our brand on the Digital Marketplace.Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to support online retailer merchandising and marketing campaigns.Monitor and report on infringements in Brand Registry.Planning and implement testing strategies (A/B testing) to improve conversion rates and customer retention.Requirements:+6 years of experience in digital marketplaces.Technical depth in vendor services, including digital merchandising, SEO and conversion optimization.Analytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders.Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives.Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects.Strong forecasting, inventory management, data analytics, P&L development, budget management, merchandising and digital marketing.Bonus Skills:Leadership skills, able to motivate and direct team members towards shared goals.Able to understand and apply our company's overall vision and values to your daily work.
