Sales Growth Strategist - Detalhes da Vaga. ? This is a hands-on role where you will own the order-to-cash cycle, drive continuous improvements, and act as the connector between Sales, Finance, Logistics partners, and customers. ? This is an exciting chance to work with a fast-growing, international organization where your work directly impacts growth and customer success. ? Manage inbound & outbound logistics, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery. ? Owning the order-to-cash cycle: processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing invoicing. ? Aligning demand, supply, and inventory with sales forecasts. ? Serving as the daily link between Sales, Finance (external back-office), logistics partners, and customers. ? Supporting billing, collections, and proactive customer communications. ? Reporting weekly KPIs (delivery performance, AR overdue, issue resolution). ? Identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements for scalability. ? Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: 47+ years in sales operations, logistics coordination, or customer operations in a B2B setting. ? Hands-on experience managing licensed import partners and 3PL providers. ? Strong knowledge of electronic invoicing and commercial documentation in Brazil. ? Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with CRM/partner portals. ? Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English. ? A customer-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure. ? Nice to Have: The following qualifications would be beneficial: Experience in industrial chemicals, lubricants, or distribution. ? Knowledge of foreign-trade documentation and warehouse cycles. ?
