Job Title:

Sales & Operations Lead

We are expanding our presence in Brazil and seeking a Sales & Operations Lead to ensure every customer order and shipment runs smoothly, from confirmation to delivery. This is a hands-on role where you will own the order-to-cash cycle, drive continuous improvements, and act as the connector between Sales, Finance, Logistics partners, and customers.

  • Manage inbound & outbound logistics, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery.
  • Owning the order-to-cash cycle: processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing invoicing.
  • Aligning demand, supply, and inventory with sales forecasts.
  • Serving as the daily link between Sales, Finance (external back-office), logistics partners, and customers.
  • Supporting billing, collections, and proactive customer communications.
  • Reporting weekly KPIs (delivery performance, AR overdue, issue resolution).
  • Identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements for scalability.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 4–7+ years in sales operations, logistics coordination, or customer operations in a B2B setting.
  • Hands-on experience managing licensed import partners and 3PL providers.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic invoicing and commercial documentation in Brazil.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with CRM/partner portals.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • A customer-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

The following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in industrial chemicals, lubricants, or distribution.
  • Knowledge of foreign-trade documentation and warehouse cycles.
