HR Generalist - Detalhes da Vaga. ? Business relies on your expertise in employment life cycle from hiring to exit and you find your way in questions related to labor legislation and payroll. ? You work closely and utilize the expertise of our worldwide HR network to provide best possible support for the business. ?Will this be the right step for you?We need people who can see new ways to do things and make these changes happen. ? Hands-on attitude is required and you like to take responsibility and organize your own work. ? You have the needed basics in place: a university degree in administration, psychology or equivalent and preferably at least twelve years of work experience within Human Resources. ? You will operate in a global environment so we need a strong communicator (written and verbal) not only in Spanish but also in English. ? Experience in handling payroll is a must and ability to use different HR systems and social media are strong advantage. ?Your primary location will be Valmet office in Belo Horizonte, MGWe offerWe offer you an exciting opportunity in a global company. ?
