Job Summary:We are seeking a senior-level professional to lead the expansion of our B2B iGaming partnerships in Brazil and Latin America.About the Role:The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale B2B iGaming companies, with a proven track record in partnership expansion, commercial negotiations, and market strategy.Key Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive growth.Analyze market trends, competitors, and player behaviors to inform business decisions.Promote slot game products to partners, designing tailored solutions when needed.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.Stay up-to-date with Latin American market dynamics and gaming regulations.Represent the company at industry events to build brand awareness.Lead and motivate a regional team to enhance efficiency and performance.Requirements:3+ years experience in large B2B iGaming company in Latin America.Proven experience in partnership expansion, commercial negotiations, and market strategy.Strong communication, coordination, and cross-cultural skills.Willingness to travel occasionally across the region.Leadership and management experience is an advantage.This is a highly impactful role with ownership of LatAm growth strategy.The successful candidate will have exposure to international markets and opportunities to represent the brand globally.We offer a collaborative and ambitious company culture focused on long-term growth.
