Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented Part-Time Virtual Assistant with a background in science, medical studies, or healthcare support.Your primary responsibility will be to analyze radiographic images (x-rays), compile digital image sets, and prepare structured notes to assist our doctors.This is not a diagnostic role — your work will focus on supporting efficiency by organizing, documenting, and preparing findings so doctors can spend more time with patients.ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze radiographic images (x-rays) and provide clear notes/observationsStitch and compile multiple x-rays into digital sets using computer toolsOrganize and prepare reports/notes for doctor reviewEnsure HIPAA compliance and maintain strict confidentialitySupport medical administrative tasks related to imaging and documentationQualificationsExperience analyzing or reviewing x-rays/radiographic images (required)Ability to stitch/compile images digitally using computer software (required)Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient data confidentiality (required)Strong attention to detail — accuracy is critical in this roleBackground in science, medical studies, or healthcare support (preferred)Excellent organizational and written communication skillsReliable internet connection and ability to work remotelySchedule & PayHours: 20 hours per week (5 hours/day, 4 days/week)Pay: Flat base pay of $300/monthWhy This Role MattersYour work directly supports our doctors by saving time on initial x-ray analysis and documentation.By preparing accurate, well-structured notes and organized images, you'll help ensure better efficiency and smoother patient care.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and briefly describe:Your experience working with radiographic images/x-raysAny medical or healthcare-related backgroundYour familiarity with HIPAA complianceJob Type: Part-timePay: R$ R$****** per monthExpected hours: 20 per weekExperience:analyzing or reviewing radiographic images (x-rays) (Required)working in a healthcare or medical support role (Required)
