Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.Act as a customer advocate, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional support.Drive resolution of customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.Triage support requests by conducting a first-level investigation of technical product issues.Provide continuous updates on issue resolution status to customers and key stakeholders.Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues according to service level agreements.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.At least 2 years of experience in customer support for commercial software products.A passion for providing technical support and helping customers achieve success.Demonstrated ability to investigate and troubleshoot product issues.Strong problem-solving capabilities in SaaS environments.Independence and willingness to escalate when necessary.Quick learning and adaptability in new products and features.Career-mindedness and willingness to take on new responsibilities.Trustworthiness, teamwork, and transparency.
