And we want you in the driver's seat.Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute business strategies based on market demand in the target South America country or region, driving the expansion and implementation of commercial and industrial energy storage and micro grid projects to achieve company sales and revenue targets.2. Manage and expand customer relationships by identifying potential clients, following up on leads, and closing deals to ensure high customer satisfaction. Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with local contractors and oversee their performance. Maintain close communication with local governments and financial institutions to ensure compliant project operations.3. Provide technical and commercial solution support by thoroughly understanding business models for energy storage and micro grids. Collaborate closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and support successful project delivery.4. Research and stay updated on local grid policies, energy regulations, and market trends to ensure that company products and solutions comply with local legal and regulatory requirements.5. Conduct market analysis on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Provide regular sales progress and market analysis reports to headquarters. Participate in local industry associations to enhance company visibility and reputation.6. Lead local team building and management efforts. Organize and deliver relevant training programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.Requirements:1. Education background: Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline; majors in electrical engineering, power systems, energy management, or related fields are preferred.2. Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in developing and delivering renewable energy projects such as energy storage, solar PV, or wind power. Experience with Chinese companies is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally is required.3. Policy Knowledge: Familiar with local grid policies, energy regulations, and market trends in the target South America country. Ability to adapt business strategies in response to policy changes.4. Technical background: Solid understanding of power systems and energy storage technologies. Ability to comprehend and clearly explain both technical and commercial solutions to clients.5. Communication and negotiation skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.6. Language skills: Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of conducting technical and business negotiations.7. Residential background: Long-term residence in South America with a deep understanding of local culture, business environment, and networks.
