OverviewInformation Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.Ledn offers lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.The core values are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate supports end users, manages endpoints, automates identity and access management, and administers cloud-based IT systems and tools.The role reports to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesBe the first line of support for employees, providing outstanding support via channels such as Slack and Jira; work in a predominantly Mac environment.Procure and deliver technology equipment; own the onboarding experience for new employees and the return of equipment for departing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge base.Support and manage SaaS applications including Google Workspace (GSuite), Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, and related tools.Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management (MDM/EMM) tooling (e.g., Jamf).Contribute to improvements on identity and access management, including IDP/SSO (GSuite, Okta).Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate repetitive tasks.Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents; prioritize and juggle help desk tickets and project work across sprints using Jira.Set and pursue personal objectives aligned with team and company goals.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc., and to utilize open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; proficient with APIs and system integrations.Experience providing remote support across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware/shipping and customs.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and calmly.Strong troubleshooting skills with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and OSI model knowledge; ability to methodically troubleshoot problems.Self-management with the ability to scope projects and work across multiple teams; strong organizational skills.Comfort with ambiguity and decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; willing to work in a remote environment.Nice-to-haves: familiarity with AWS, GAM, command-line interfaces, Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.About LednLedn is a global digital asset company offering competitive rewards and a remote-first environment.We are an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusivity and diversity.You may reach out to the Ledn team for accommodation requests during the recruitment process; requests will be addressed confidentially.Ledn reserves the right to contact only those applicants who qualify due to high application volume.No agencies or recruiters please.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
