OverviewLedn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.Ledn's core values are integrity, ownership, progress, and empathy.We are a remote-first, global team focused on democratizing access to the global economy through our products and services.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate will wear many hats, including end-user support, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have prior success in similar roles within rapidly growing, security-first environments and be passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code, while also helping end users.You will participate in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You should be adaptable to a fast-moving environment and capable of solving problems creatively.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first line of customer-facing IT support for employees, via Slack, Jira, and other tools.Provide Mac-focused enterprise troubleshooting, and manage macOS in the enterprise environment.Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding and offboarding experiences for new and outgoing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, tools and policies; contribute improvements to existing knowledge base.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management (MDM/EMM) tools (e.g., Jamf).Own and improve IDP and SSO configurations (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate repetitive tasks.Manage incidents and issues through resolution; prioritize help desk tickets and work on projects across sprints using agile methods.Set and track objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring To Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.Experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience with SSO integrations (e.g., Okta) and API-based system integrations.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; hardware shipping and customs familiarity.Strong communication skills across media; clear, friendly, and culturally aware writing.Security-minded with understanding of PGP and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching).Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and work across multiple teams; strong organizational skills.Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete data.Nice To HavesFamiliarity with AWS and related deployments.Experience with GAM and command-line tooling for efficiency.Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.Culture FitAdaptable and resilient in a high-growth startup/tech environment; a builder's mindset to create, iterate, and scale IT practices.Collaborative partner across functions and cultures; empathetic and clear in communication.Integrity and accountability in handling confidential information; prior remote-work experience.A Taste Of What We ProvideGrowth opportunities in a leading digital asset company.Comprehensive total rewards package starting on day one; competitive PTO.Equity ownership in Ledn and remote work flexibility up to 180 days per year (subject to restrictions).A purpose-driven career and a barrier-free environment for success.Equal opportunity notice: Ledn is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.You may reach out to the Ledn team for accommodation requests during all stages of the recruitment process.Requests will be handled confidentially.Ledn Working Environment: We are truly global and remote-first.Due to high volume of applications, only qualified applicants will be contacted.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response and our review may include publicly available social media activity relevant to the role.No agencies or recruiters, please.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes or fees.#J-*****-Ljbffr
