Join to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDNInformation Technology Manager – LEDNLocation: Remote – up to 180 days worldwideEmployment type: Full-timeSeniority level: Mid-SeniorAbout LEDNLEDN is a global financial services company built on digital assets, offering a suite of lending, savings and trading products to billions of Bitcoin holders.Our mission is to democratize access to the global economy through innovative financial products.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-user support experience, troubleshooting macOS, Windows and mobile device issues via Slack, Jira, and other enterprise channels.Automate identity and access management processes, build scripts in Bash, Zsh, Python, and integrate Okta, Google Workspace, and other SaaS applications.Provision, configure and manage endpoint and mobile device management tools (Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, MDM, EMM).Design, test, build and document cloud-first infrastructure, network and security policies, and contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.Own hardware onboarding and retrieval for new and outgoing employees, coordinating logistics and customs compliance.Respond to critical incidents and help desk tickets, prioritising and resolving issues within agreed SLA metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR—to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, NetSuite).Proficiency in automations using Bash, Zsh, Python; familiarity with open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki).Experience integrating SSO, Okta, and GSuite; strong API integration skills.Remote support experience across multiple time zones; ability to ship and receive hardware with customs knowledge.Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to create clear help articles and documentation.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills—network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN), OSI troubleshooting methodology.Self-management, strong task-management, and ability to scope projects independently.Optional: Some familiarity with AWS; Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications; remote work experience.Nice to HaveJamf Pro, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.Experience with GAM command-line tools and AWS environments.BenefitsCompetitive PTO and paid time off.Comprehensive total rewards package starting on day one.Equity and ownership opportunity in one of the world's leading digital asset companies.Remote-first environment—work anywhere in the world for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).Culture of inclusion, diversity and continuous innovation.Equal Opportunity StatementLEDN is an equal opportunity employer and we celebrate inclusivity, diversity, and the success that comes from diverse teams.How to ApplySend your resume and cover letter to ****** for accommodation requests throughout all stages of the recruitment process.Short video responses may be requested for shortlisted candidates.#J-*****-Ljbffr#J-*****-Ljbffr
