Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with internal project teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain constructive relationships with customers to foster long-term engagement and satisfaction.Analyze product usage and gather customer feedback to identify trends, needs, and areas for improvement.Encourage product adoption through organized demos, training sessions, and best practice sharing.Serve as the customer's voice, ensuring their insights and experiences are reflected in product development.Collaborate with customers on SLAs, service management, and support topics.Lead project execution to ensure smooth implementation and a positive customer experience.Monitor project risks, timelines, and budgets, keeping systems up-to-date.Align customer needs with internal teams to inform strategic planning.Requirements:Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the media industry.Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.Strong ability to understand and address customer needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset to interpret data and customer feedback.Project management expertise to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to travel (10-20%) for customer meetings and industry events.Adaptability in a dynamic environment.Fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in Portuguese ideal.
