Expand revenue in existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic account planning, driving long-term growth and loyalty. ? Collaborate closely with sales engineers and product experts to deliver tailored solutions that meet customers'' evolving needs. ? Act as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their goals, challenges, and technical environments to provide expert guidance and recommendations. ? Effectively forecast, track pipeline activity, and maintain CRM hygiene to ensure sales goals are met and exceeded. ? Represent the voice of the customer internally, providing valuable feedback to product, marketing, and leadership teams to inform strategic decisions. ? Requirements: Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or equivalent. ? Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth, with at least 3 years of experience selling in our industry. ? Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate with developers, QA teams, and decision-makers. ? Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills, with a talent for building strong relationships and driving results. ? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to travel as required and adapt to changing priorities. ?
