Business Analysis PositionWe are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team.As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in providing strategic planning and supporting cross-functional project execution.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our organization.Job Responsibilities:Investigate and understand business needs, process frameworks, and supporting technologies to interpret and define business and functional requirements.Assist stakeholders in defining project scope and develop comprehensive project plans.Work with IT resources to define functional approaches and high-level scopes of work.Identify and document business risks, impacts, and mitigation options based on requirements.Effectively present project requirements and process flows via various formats including workflow diagrams, use cases, and business requirements documents.Secure business and functional requirements approval from business and technical stakeholders.Write test cases and coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure business requirements are met.Coordinate with project managers to meet BA deliverable expectations and schedules.Requirements:Minimum 0-2 years of business analysis experience.Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.Strong analytical skills, displaying ability to quickly understand new information and problem solve.Ability to productively work both independently on assigned tasks and collaborate with a team on larger efforts.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.Familiarity with project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall, and tools such as MS Project, Jira, ADO, etc.Exposure to IT spaces related to order management systems, data processing tools, or infrastructure services.
