- Understand client needs, provide solutions, and drive engagement.
- Manage client accounts, track key performance indicators, and address any challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize emotional intelligence to navigate client concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Develop strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and progress.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**- **At least 2 years of experience in client relations, people management, or account management**.
- **Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clients.

- Proven experience in people relations and fostering strong connections.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- A responsible and proactive approach to client success and problem-solving.
- **Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required.
