- Diagnose technical hardware and software issues.
- Advise user on appropriate action.
- Follow standard help desk procedures.
- Redirect problems to correct resource.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Advice user on appropriate action

What will help you succeed:
- Believe and love what you do.
- Experience with video game consoles and gaming computers.
- Assemble and disassemble gaming computers.
- Have imagination and love innovating.
- Being flexible & goal oriented.
- Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.
- Advanced Spanish; English is a plus.
- Being a student of careers like Computer Science or similar fields.
- Schedule flexibility.
