Cash Operations roles involve a range of responsibilities including assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing reports and maintaining sales records.In this position you will be responsible for ensuring client records in HubSpot and other systems are always updated and accurate, as well as working with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.Audit and compliance tasks are also key parts of the role, involving daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity.You will respond to client inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary, while tracking key metrics and generating reports to provide data-driven insights.Presentation and proposal support is another important aspect of the job, requiring you to help create sales materials for client meetings.Ad-hoc administrative assistance is also provided to ensure operational efficiency.To be successful in this role, you must have fluent English skills and strong communication abilities, as well as extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Adaptability and flexibility are also essential, along with experience in sales administration or operations support.Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Hubspot and Zapier is ideal.
