We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Growth Strategist in Brazil.Job DescriptionAs a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales growth strategies aligned with our business objectives from the inverter sector.Your primary goal will be to expand our sales channels and achieve strategic sales targets by creating a strong distribution portfolio, understanding client needs, market trends, and competitor analysis.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive sales growth plans according to business strategy from inverter sectorEstablish and maintain a robust distribution networkUnderstand client requirements, market dynamics, and competitor activity within the regionPromote company products through collaboration with local distribution partnersPerform other tasks assigned by senior leadersRequirements:Degree in Business Administration or related field;Proficient in written and spoken Portuguese;Familiarity with solar PV technology or inverters;Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;Ability to work effectively in a team environment;Based in Northern Brazil (preferably).
