Comandar o processo/estratégia de gestão de mudança da equipe de vendas orientando-os ao portfólio de serviços.
Entender e alinhar metas e métricas de capacitação de vendas com as da equipe de receita e do negócio em geral.
Criar uma estratégia clara de Capacitação de Vendas que se alinhe a essas metas e objetivos.
Coordenar e fazer a ligação entre as equipes de Sales Enablement, customer success, marketing e vendas.
Educar os executivos de contas e outros representantes de vendas sobre os produtos e serviços da organização.
Fornecer treinamento de vendas sobre técnicas de vendas de melhores práticas, eliminando lacunas de habilidades por meio de treinamento contínuo e de integração e desenvolvendo as competências necessárias.
Fornecer ferramentas de vendas, uma plataforma de capacitação de vendas e treinamento contínuo para ajudar a economizar tempo e melhorar a eficiência.
Identificar os canais e formatos de conteúdo mais valiosos e eficazes para materiais de vendas para dar suporte a clientes, vendedores e gerenciamento de vendas
Treinar os representantes de vendas, bem como ajudar os gerentes de vendas a aprenderem a ser melhores treinadores.
**Qualificações**
Experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento de GTM, produtos ou ofertas de serviços;
Conhecimento profundo em gestão de projetos e metodologia ágil (SCRUM);
Excelente habilidade de comunicação;
Experiência prévia em consultoria multinacional;
Experiência em processo de gestão de mudança;
Formação técnica com experiência em negócio (MBA)
