Your primary tasks in this position will include:* Prospect potential new customers on social media platforms like LinkedIn using sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Reev, Meetime, Snov.io, HVS Salesforce, Hubspot;* Reach out to potential customers via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn messages;* Schedule meetings with potential customers for 4flow Directors and VPs (main KPI);* Update CRM with contacts prospected, completed activities, and managing the sales pipeline.
**Why you belong at 4flow*** Graduated in Business Administration, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields;* Previous experience as an SDR is mandatory;* Fluent/Advanced English skills in writing and speaking;* Detail-oriented and organized individual with a focus on detailed processes;* Must be able to engage with customers (Managers/ C-level) using assertive communication;* Excel and PowerPoint knowledge;* Fluent/Advanced German or French skills in writing and speaking are not mandatory but would be advantageous;* Availability to work in a hybrid model at the Campinas office.
