###### Job Description###### MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand and map opportunities for investment product formulation (theme/focus, return, risk, diversification, liquidity/term, fees, business partnerships and their terms), including prioritization and timeline of launches;Establish a continuous monitoring process of the product demand conveyor belt of the main customers, developing governance and method together with the customer coverage team;Stipulate a continuous monitoring process of the pipeline of investment opportunities, developing governance and method with the leaders of the investment areas;Monitor global innovations and trends in alternative investment themes and formats;Coordination of the Go-to-Market of the products, proposing and approving with the partners, especially the Head Brazil and the Commercial Head and the Commercial Committee, the Patria Brazil's products offer;Coordinate with Client Coverage and Marketing team on processes and timelines for Education, Pre-Marketing, Launch, Marketing and Closing of product offerings;Ensure alignment of partners (especially from the investment areas) on definitions, pending issues, prioritizations, and schedules;Coordination of product structuring, acting as a PMO to ensure transparency, planning and alignment between the Commercial team, the Fund Formation teams and third parties;Build key industry KPIs, such as: product pipeline *********, products proposed/approved/launched, meeting launch schedule, and funds raised on products launched.###### QUALIFICATIONSExperience in commercial coordination of product portfolios and structuring of investment vehicles is essential.Deep understanding of risk, return and liquidity measurement methodologies.Knowledge of the offer formats according to the regulation and market.Knowledge of fund formats according to regulation.Knowledge and/or experience with structuring of alternative investments desirable.Organized, disciplined, "structuring" profile.
