The role of Appointment Setter is ideal for those who are persuasive, people-savvy, and energized by outreach.This position involves identifying and engaging leads across platforms, booking discovery calls, and fueling our sales pipeline.You will be the first human touchpoint in our sales process—and a critical part of our growth engine.Responsibilities:Source and qualify leads based on clear criteriaCold message and follow up with prospects via multiple channelsBook discovery calls and free audits for our sales teamManage and update your sales funnel dailyCollaborate with leadership on scripts and outreach improvementsMaintain records and report progress to your supervisorHit daily/weekly goals while staying human and consultativeWe are looking for candidates with 1+ year experience in appointment setting or online sales, excellent written and verbal communication, familiarity with funnel management and CRM systems, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, a consultative, value-driven approach to outreach, comfort working remotely, and at least B2-level conversational English.This role offers a remote, collaborative environment, high autonomy, low bureaucracy, and opportunities to learn from experts in digital marketing, PPC, and Amazon strategy.You will also have the chance to use our tools to grow your own business.
