Regional Operations Director – LATAMThe Role:We are seeking a seasoned Regional Operations Director to lead and scale our operations across LATAM.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing, scaling, and setting up IT/Tech teams, ensuring smooth delivery and operational excellence.Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies.Collaborate with global teams for seamless cross-functional workflows.Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to regional/global leadership.ResponsibilitiesHR & Resource Management:Oversee all LATAM resources to ensure productivity and quality.Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management.Monitor attrition rates and implement proactive retention strategies.Tech Operations Oversight:Manage and scale tech operations and delivery teams.Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.Provide credible oversight in technical discussions with clients.Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers across LATAM.Act as the primary liaison for client needs, service delivery, and customer success.Operational Leadership & Strategic Growth:Adapt and execute market-specific strategies aligned with global objectives.Support budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 8–12 years in senior leadership or country management, preferably in the IT/Consulting sector.People & HR Management: Proven success in leading teams, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes, and HR compliance, with measurable improvement in retention.Tech Operations Oversight: Demonstrated ability to set up, scale, and manage IT/Tech teams (Must Have).
