Customer Service/Admin (Remote LATAM) -*********RemoteJOB ID - *****Job Title: Customer Service & Operations SpecialistLocation: Remote (LATAM or South Africa) | Type: Full-TimeAbout Our ClientOur client is a well-established and growing business in the consumer services industry, focused on providing essential daily services to a diverse customer base.They are seeking a dedicated and bilingual professional to be the first point of contact for their customers and to support their back-office operations.The OpportunityWe are looking for a bilingualCustomer Service and Operations Specialistto be the friendly and reliable voice of our client's business.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, can manage day-to-day customer interactions with empathy, and is comfortable supporting back-office administrative tasks.You will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesBilingual Customer Support:Answer and manage incoming calls, providing customer support in bothEnglish and Spanishto answer basic questions and resolve common issues.Client & Account Management:Call customers regarding past-due balances and handle collections with a professional and empathetic approach.Operations & Administration:Perform light bookkeeping tasks, including recording serial numbers and reconciling data.Record Keeping:Update and maintain accurate customer records, logs, and other administrative files.What You BringPrevious customer service, operations, or administrative experience.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns.An organized and detail-oriented approach with a customer-first mindset.A reliable internet connection and availability to work U.S. business hours.#J-*****-Ljbffr
