OverviewInformation Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.Our team is a passionate group from diverse backgrounds, guided by values to act with integrity, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.We are building, innovating and revolutionizing financial services.The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated prior success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, while also helping end users who need assistance.You will participate in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You will be adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment and work with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholder teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR).This role reports to the Director of IT.Overview of the role includes customer-facing responsibilities as the first line of support and ownership of the support experience for employees via tools such as Slack and Jira.We primarily operate on macOS in our environment and you will be responsible for procuring and delivering technology equipment, onboarding new employees, and offboarding departing employees.You will design, test, build, document programs and policies, and contribute improvements to our knowledge base.You will support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools.You will contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.) and document solutions, help articles, and automated workflows.You will manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents, balance help desk tickets, and participate in projects across sprints using Jira and agile methods.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.Experience with open-source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta.Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping and customs.Exceptional communication skills across all media; ability to convey ideas clearly and support users who are time-poor or frustrated.Strong writing skills for tickets, email, and Slack communications.Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and basic troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching) and OSI model layers; methodical troubleshooting approach.Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and work across multiple teams.Nice to Have: Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and CLI tools; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.Culture Fit: We value leadership that thrives in startup or tech environments and embodies our values of progress, integrity, collaboration and empathy.A builder's mindset to create, iterate, and scale IT practices; ability to influence across functions; and a track record of integrity and accountability in handling confidential information.The Benefits We ProvideComprehensive total rewards package that starts on day one, including a competitive PTO package.Equity ownership via shared equity, giving employees a stake in the company.Remote-ready work arrangements, with up to 180 days remote work worldwide (subject to restrictions).We are an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusivity and diversity.For accommodation requests throughout the recruitment process, please email the Ledn team.Requests will be handled confidentially.Location: Blumenau, Blumenau area, Brazil and other global locations.We are remote-first and may contact only qualified applicants due to high volume.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response and we may review publicly available relevant social media activity.No agencies or recruiters please.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
