Job Title : IT Support EngineerLocation : São José do Barreiro, BrazilJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient workforce for the project, adhering to local health and safety codes, and following guidelines provided at the site.The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, including proficiency in installing new hardware for Microsoft IoT sensors, connecting cables, and configuring management IP to enable remote connectivity.Additionally, the candidate should be able to record MAC addresses and serial numbers of installed hardware, verify network configurations, and participate in interface meetings with our team.The selected candidate will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment of IoT sensors.They will also be responsible for removing existing nozomi sensors, disconnecting cables, and handing them over to our team.To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:Provide an efficient workforce for the project.Adhere to local health and safety codes and follow guidelines provided at the site.Install new hardware for Microsoft IoT sensors, connect cables, and configure management IP to enable remote connectivity.Record MAC addresses and serial numbers of installed hardware.Verify network configurations and participate in interface meetings with our team.Remove existing nozomi sensors, disconnect cables, and hand them over to our team.Requirements:Strong technical skills, including proficiency in installing new hardware for Microsoft IoT sensors.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:This is a great opportunity to work on a challenging project and gain valuable experience in the field of IoT engineering.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
