Energy Storage System Technical Support Specialist

As a technical support specialist, you will provide timely and effective assistance to customers regarding the installation, setup, operation, and maintenance of energy storage systems.Your key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.
You will also interact with customers professionally, demonstrating strong communication skills, understanding their requirements, addressing their concerns, and providing clear instructions and explanations.To ensure accurate and efficient completions, you will conduct on-site product installations, including mounting, connecting equipment, configuring settings, and performing initial system testing.
Additionally, you will develop training materials, user guides, FAQs, and educate customers and internal stakeholders to promote self-sufficiency.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, follow up with customers, maintain high customer satisfaction levels, and contribute to ongoing product development and enhancement efforts.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldTechnical experience in installation, maintenance, and energy storage systemsMinimum 1 year of experience in technical service rolesEffective communication, problem-solving ability, and strong customer focusAbility to work independently and as part of a team under pressureFluency in English and Portuguese (Brazil)
