About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Growth Director to develop and execute our B2C customer acquisition strategy.The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning customer acquisition economics, driving aggressive customer acquisition targets while maintaining disciplined CAC payback periods, building and optimizing the full funnel across paid, owned, and earned channels, establishing rigorous experimentation frameworks to continuously improve unit economics, and reporting directly on cohort performance, LTV, and channel efficiency.Paid: Own strategy and execution for Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.Organic: Build SEO and content strategies that educate and convert.Viral: Design and implement referral programs and growth loops that turn customers into evangelists.Partnerships: Identify and activate strategic acquisition partnerships and distribution channels.Influencer/Brand: Leverage culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with our demographic.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy that drives growth and profitability.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams.Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business results.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer acquisition and retention.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
