About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to lead our team in achieving business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers, and brands to drive category growth and increase overall value aligned with business needs.Collaborate with suppliers to establish their presence on our platform and support their growth by developing comprehensive plans including market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational strategies.Promote innovation by analyzing current category status, proposing new ideas, and implementing projects through resource integration and supplier guidance.Analyze industry trends and customer needs through data analysis and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of market trends.Required Skills and Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience in operations, including brand management or platform operations.Strong connections and relationships with local seller and vendor networks are an asset.Excellent data analysis skills to analyze industry trends and summarize conclusions.Possesses market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities to guide overall supplier marketing plans.Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, ability to think strategically, and adapt quickly to changes.Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during high-demand periods.
