Job Title: Operations Coordinator\We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our Central Operations team.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple assignments, and possess strong analytical skills.Key Responsibilities:Growth Support: Assist in implementing process improvements for growth deliverables and daily operations.Data Analysis: Analyze data to create detailed reports for the leadership team, effectively communicating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.Audit and Metrics: Perform audits and improve data metrics for guests and internal teams, managing timely data collection to update productivity and achievements on projects.Setup and Cancellation: Complete utility and telecommunication setups for new units with third-party companies (create online portals, set up payments, and input data into our system) as well as cancel utility and telecommunication accounts for move-outs.Coordinating Tasks: Schedule furnishing and onboarding tasks and move-outs: communicate with third-party vendors and buildings, input data into our system related to properties, track disposal and data related to move-outs.Ad-hoc Projects: Support Central Operations, OPS local team, and finance/accounting with ad-hoc projects.Requirements:Education: Top-tier university degree.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (administrative experience in residential or hospitality will be considered as a plus).Languages: Fluency in English.Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.Personal Qualities: Self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and high attention to detail, entrepreneurial drive, adaptability, and focus on results.Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and with speed.
