**Customer Care & Logistic Analyst**:
**Analista de Atendimento ao Cliente e Logística** na Naturex - Seu próximo passo de carreira?

Como Analista de Atendimento ao Cliente e Logística você deverá prestar suporte aos Gestores de Contas, cumprindo os padrões e condições comerciais, conforme os procedimentos da empresa.
Prestar atendimento ao cliente, entendendo sua necessidade, prestando informações ou encaminhando ao setor responsável para solução de eventuais problemas, visando a plena satisfação do cliente.
**Principais atribuições**:
- Oferecer suporte a Gestão Comercial, auxiliar no atendimento ao cliente, a fim de oferecer as informações necessárias para concretização das vendas, visando estabelecer uma comunicação rápida e objetiva.
- Cadastrar novos clientes, solicitar documentos necessários para liberação do registro, bem como manter o cadastro de clientes atualizado.
- Registrar e administrar pedidos de vendas, analisar as condições comerciais como preço, produto, condições de pagamento, especificação técnica, prazo de entrega e observações especificas de cada cliente.
- Manter a comunicação com o cliente, fazer a confirmação de recebimento dos pedidos e detalhar as condições gerais de entrega.
- Registrar pedidos de amostras, acompanhar o envio e confirmar se o cliente recebeu em condições adequadas.
- Registrar toda a comunicação com o cliente, a fim de manter um histórico e auxiliar a estrutura com informações importantes de cada cliente.
- Alinhar com os departamentos envolvidos os pedidos a serem faturados diariamente.
- Alinhar indicadores para a área junto ao seu superior imediato.
- Manter contato com os fornecedores, tais como: transportadoras, agentes de carga, despachantes, etc.
