Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as our primary point of contact for clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving projects forward, maintaining timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our design/development team.The successful Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, communicate their needs and expectations clearly to the design and development teams, monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates, proactively resolve issues, anticipate client needs, and address concerns promptly.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Collaborate closely with the design and development teams to ensure clear communication and efficient project delivery.Monitor and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating concerns to senior management when necessary.Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed of project status and progress.Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and achieve business objectives.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client-facing roles, or project coordination.Strong organizational skills, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional tone.Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, and Clickup.Success Metrics:Clients feel valued, heard, and confident that their projects are progressing smoothly.Projects are delivered on time without unnecessary delays.Proactive communication and issue resolution.Strong organizational skills and professionalism, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
