Estamos em busca de um(a) Account Manager para compor o time de monetização da V4 Company
Você será responsável por cultivar e manter relacionamentos sólidos com nossos clientes, atuando como o ponto de contato principal entre eles e as nossas franquias, garantindo a entrega de resultados de alta qualidade.

Responsabilidades e atribuições:
- Acompanhamento do projeto em conjunto com a unidade de operação V4;
- Entender as necessidades do cliente e como atendê-las;
- Entendimento do negócio do cliente e suas fontes de receitas, bem como estratégias online/offline;
- Reuniões por calls de planejamento e estratégia junto ao cliente;
- Follows up com clientes e com time interno;
- Agir ativamente para gerir conflitos e solucionar problemas;
- Fazer follow-ups frequentes sobre o andamento do projeto dos clientes;
- Colher feedback sobre o produto ou serviço.
Requisitos e qualificações:
- Experiência comprovada como Account Manager ou em uma função similar;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Conhecimento em marketing digital e estratégias de negócios;
- Orientação para o cliente e foco em resultados, com a capacidade de construir relacionamentos sólidos e duradouros com os clientes;
- Excelentes habilidades de negociação e resolução de conflitos;
- Formação em áreas relacionadas, como Marketing, Administração ou Comunicação, será um diferencial.
