Principais responsabilidades:
Como SDR na trampos, o seu dia a dia será:
- Qualificar os leads gerados através de iniciativas de marketing inbound;
- Realizar atividades de prospeção (ligações, e-mails, redes sociais e pesquisas) de acordo com as cadências de engajamento;
- Fazer ligações para explorar os desafios dos leads e gerar interesse para as reuniões de diagnóstico;
- Registrar de forma precisa todas as atividades de vendas e comunicações no CRM;
- Monitorar e reportar métricas de desempenho, buscando constantemente melhorar as taxas de conversão e eficiência das vendas;
- Agendar reuniões para a equipe de vendas garantindo o comparecimento dos leads nas reuniões;
- Reagendar reuniões que foram no-shows.

Requirements:

  • Experiência em prospecção outbound;
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e acelerado;
  • Interesse em trabalhar e construir carreira com a área comercial.

Desired Skills:

  • Conhecimento sobre cargos profissionais e ecossistema das áreas de Marketing, Comunicação e Tecnologia;
  • Conhecimento em SPIN Selling ou GPCT;
  • Experiência com venda de produtos SaaS;
  • Certificações na área de Vendas.
