40 hours per week are required for the 8-week orientation period: - Orientation phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM - 1PM - Orientation phase 2: 4 weeks, self scheduled between the hours of 7 AM - 10 PMProduction: Daily, 7 AM - 10 PM.
