RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPAIS
- Construir e desenvolver relacionamentos duradouros e bem-sucedidos com os principais grupos econômicos do mercado (não clientes ou clientes com baixo volume de faturamento).
- Planejar e desenvolver estratégias de atuação com o objetivo de identificar e gerar oportunidades de negócios relacionadas a temas e processos relevantes nestas empresas.
- Conhecer em profundidade as soluções e produtos da Iron Mountain do Brasil, a fim de desenvolver ofertas de valor através de soluções inteligentes e adequadas às necessidades e desafios destas empresas;
- Identificar oportunidades, atuando de forma consultiva “trusted advisor” junto à alta gerencia e C- Level, identificando e explorando seus principais desafios, para desenvolver oportunidades de soluções ou produtos com alta aderência na mitigação / solução dos mesmos.
- Apoiar / suportar o cliente para elaboração e construção do Business Case da solução, apoiando-o de forma proativa na aprovação / obtenção de Budget para viabilizar a contratação e execução do projeto.
- Atuar de forma estratégica, priorizando as oportunidades de negócios com os maiores volumes de processamento recorrentes (contratos de 36, 48, 60 meses) e oportunidades com “deal size” maiores;
- Atuar e interagir com os vários níveis decisórios do cliente (áreas de negócios, operação, C-Level, etc);
- Desenvolver e gerir plano/programa de trabalho com o objetivo de atingir os resultados de quota de vendas, margens e satisfação de clientes estabelecidos pela Iron Mountain Brasil;
- Acompanhar o processo de novas vendas de perto, afim de cumprir as metas e compromissos assumidos na venda, bem como prestar o melhor serviço;
- Elaborar propostas comerciais atuando como “Owner” do negócio, interagindo com as áreas correlatas internas e do cliente, a fim de propor a melhor condição de negócio, tanto para a empresa, quanto para o cliente;
- Reportar à Gerência Executiva a atualização de informações de negócios em andamento, atualização e manutenção de lançamentos no sistema de CRM (Sales Force), construção do funil de vendas visando o atingimento da quota de vendas e previsibilidade de entrega de resultados por trimestre.
EXPERIÊNCIA DESEJÁVEL
Desejável 5 anos no cargo ou em áreas correlatas (preferencialmente B2B)
ESCOLARIDADE REQUERIDA
Ensino Superior Completo - Adm Empresas, Economia, Marketing e afins
Inglês e/ou Espanhol Avançado.
CONHECIMENTOS TÉCNICOS DESEJÁVEIS
Planejamento financeiro básico; Conhecimentos de tributação; técnicas de negociação; planejamento estratégico; Comunicação e atendimento ao cliente; conhecimento de um ou mais segmentos de mercado – Serviços financeiros, Fintech, Healthtech, Logtech, Retail, e-Commerce, Health, etc.
Diferencial: Data Center, Gestão de fluxo de processos e Cloud solutions
