What you’ll do
Are you passionate about technology? Are you looking to build a sales career at an established and evolving company? As an Account Manager at Cisco, you’ll play a pivotal role in the sales process and work with a large portfolio of technology products and services. You’ll help advance the Public Sector Sales team and make our customers’ lives better and easier. A history of selling successfully in a sophisticated adventurous environment is a significant plus for this role.

Who you are
Cisco account manager roles involve managing customer relationships and sales to achieve business goals. Some responsibilities include:
Building relationships : Developing positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders Seeing opportunities : Identifying new business opportunities with existing customers Meeting goals : Working to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals Managing sales : Handling the sales of services and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory Working with partners : Working with channel partners to increase revenue opportunities Preparing reports : Preparing sales reports Answering queries : Answering client queries
Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of technology sales experience. Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience leading a large account, including forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentation skills, and short/mid/long-term opportunity management. Requires expertise in the market and strong technical knowledge preferred. You can deliver business value to the account and build on customer relationships. Expertise in working with sophisticated strategic accounts including interaction with decision makers and all other executives within the account. Looking for a self-starter. Little supervision is required. You can demonstrate negotiation skills with peers, partners, and customers using a win/win philosophy. Position end-to-end solutions and articulate Cisco strategies to senior customer executives.-
