They are committed to delivering sustainable and energy efficient products, as well as integrated power systems to clients world wide .They are now seeking a Sales Manager to manage key client accounts, drive growth in offshore and interconnector projects, and develop strategies to strengthen market position across the Americas region.The Role:Identify technology needs and develop strategies to improve market position.Work closely with internal teams on project alignment and execution.Drive sales by generating leadsAnalyse competitors and create regional market strategies.Develop business and sales plans with cross-functional teams.Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.Gather and share market insights using CRM tools.The Person:Experience in key account management or sales within energy or related sectorsKnowledge of HVDC/HVAC offshore projectsProven ability to build client relationships and develop strategic sales plansStrong analytical skills for competitive and market analysisExperience collaborating across departments (e.g., Engineering, Commercial)If you are interested in the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving growth in the energy sector, apply today
