Se você busca desafios e quer crescer em um ambiente acelerado, essa oportunidade é para você Como Account Manager Pleno , sua missão será gerenciar de forma autônoma projetos e contas de média complexidade, assegurando uma experiência excepcional (Customer Care) e identificando oportunidades de expansão e monetização dos contratos. Você será responsável por gerenciar recursos, prazos, escopos e orçamentos, garantindo a entrega de resultados e a satisfação dos clientes. Se faz sentido para você, vem crescer com a gente Principais responsabilidades Negociar estratégias de retenção e expansão. Conduzir reuniões estratégicas e propor otimizações alinhadas ao negócio do cliente. Analisar e interpretar métricas financeiras e de performance. Mapear oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell. Identificar sinais de churn e sugerir ações preventivas. Propor e executar melhorias estratégicas baseadas em benchmarking e análise de concorrência. Requisitos Conhecimento intermediário em gestão de escopo, orçamento e dashboards. Capacidade de gerir conflitos e crises com autonomia. Habilidade para orientar equipes comerciais em técnicas de negociação. Entendimento sólido de métricas comerciais e funil de vendas. Planejamento estratégico com definição de metas e KPIs. Noções intermediárias de SPIN Selling. Estratégia de retenção baseada em análise preditiva de métricas (LTV, Health Score). O que oferecemos Os benefícios serão informados pela recrutadora.
