Head of Industry, Retail, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in retail, performance marketing, and with Google Ads products.
- Experience as a people manager.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with multi-stakeholder engagement, including executive or C-level customers.
- Experience working cross-functionally to align, execute on common goals, and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
- Experience leading, developing, and mentoring teams to deliver results.
- Experience in the financial services or digital marketing/advertising industries.
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical approach to sales/building client relationships, translating product value to clients.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
