Regional Sales Manager Status: Exempt (salaried) Department: Sales Position Summary Lead our marketing and sales efforts to develop and communicate a deep understanding of our product portfolio and its applicability. Core Duties and Responsibilities Lead our market segmentation and promotion strategy, developing winning tactics for market development. Develop and maintain our ideal customer profile aligned with market trends. Drive lead generation and prospect new opportunities in the market to build a robust pipeline. Qualify leads for sales contacts. Monitor, control, and report sales funnels. Drive meetings with prospects, understand their needs, and translate them into project requirements. Communicate with our product, service, and spare parts teams to develop a winning value proposition and present a technical and commercial proposal to our customers. Follow up proposals, handle objections, and maximize the value perception within our sales‑qualified leads. Lead contract revisions and signatures (including T&C). Handle EPC, services, and spare parts projects and hand them over to our operations team. Education and Experience 2+ years of Sales Management experience in O&G Upstream market. Experience in complex topside FPSO engineering systems is a differential. Engineering university degree. Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) and business‑level English. Strong negotiation skills and entrepreneurial behavior – ability to work independently. Team player skills. Pro‑active attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Results‑oriented and driven work style. Excellent task‑oriented follow‑through.
