Manager, Corporate Development We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive strategic growth initiatives. As a key member of our corporate development function, you will play a vital role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company vision. About the Role: This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to leverage their expertise in business development, sales, and account management to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities; BUILD strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth and collaboration; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, strategies, and initiatives; Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development decisions and strategies; Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success and make data-driven recommendations for improvement; Travel occasionally to attend industry events, conferences, and meetings with clients and partners. Requirements: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field; Proven track record of success in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
