Please note that for this position, candidates must be located in Brazil.Channel Partner Manager - LATAMThe Channel Partner Manager for Fluke BioMedical’s EQA (Equipment Quality Assurance) business is responsible for driving sales, customer engagement, and market share growth within an assigned territory or region. This role requires strong expertise in EQA solutions, the ability to manage customer relationships, and a commitment to achieving revenue and growth targets.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share within a technical product portfolio.Familiarity with EQA solutions or related technical instrumentation.Strong understanding of medical device calibration, quality assurance, and healthcare regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with Fluke BioMedical’s objectives.Preferred QualificationsProficient in CRM software and sales tools.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, healthcare management, or related field (preferred).Experience as a distributor manager, channel partner manager, or sales leader in healthcare technology.Established network within hospitals, clinical engineering, and biomedical facilities.Ability to collaborate across teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Business DevelopmentDrive sales of Fluke BioMedical EQA products/services to healthcare facilities and calibration providers.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.Identify and expand existing accounts and acquire new customers.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term customer relationships.Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions.Educate customers on EQA solutions.Market Insights & RepresentationRepresent Fluke BioMedical at industry events.Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.Collaborate internally to adapt solutions to market needs.Channel Partner ManagementManage sales pipeline via CRM tools.Provide sales forecasts and performance updates.Coordinate with marketing and product teams for messaging and promotions.KPIsAchieve sales and revenue targets.Grow market share in the assigned region.Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention.Collaborate effectively with internal teams.Please submit your resume in English - applications in other languages will not be considered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
