Access Excellence Manager

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on professional to lead and optimize Access processes, ensuring faster time-to-patient and operational excellence across the product journey. This role will be key in building frameworks, driving process improvements, and enabling cross-functional teams through capability building and data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Optimize Access processes to reduce time-to-patient
- Map current access pathways, roles, and responsibilities to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
- Implement and track process improvements and KPIs
- Build and maintain an Access Excellence Framework (standards, best practices)
- Document and roll out the Access Excellence Playbook
- Integrate Access milestones into launch plans (HTA, reimbursement, pricing, etc.)
- Train cross-functional teams on Access processes and tools
- Create and manage adoption follow-up systems
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting cadence
- Proven experience in Market Access and/or Product Management
- Strong background in process improvement or operational excellence
- Strategic Access expertise and technical/market knowledge
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead without authority
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience in launches or major portfolio transitions
- Exposure to multimarket or global environments
- Strong communication and training capabilities
- Advanced or fluent English
- Experience in capability building and change leadership
- Familiarity with Access KPIs and dashboard tools
