The team you will be a part of

The Information Systems team is responsible for implementation of the enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of the organization's computing/IT environment. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.

This role in summary

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Data & Architecture Senior Manager to lead and oversee our Data & Advanced Analytics initiatives. This role will manage Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Culture, Data Platform teams, Solution Architecture, IT Engineering and DevSecOps.

The ideal candidate will have a strong IT and data management background with a proven track record of leading diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Leadership and Management:

    • Lead and manage a team responsible for key areas: Solution Architecture, IT Engineering, Data Governance, Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Culture, and Data Platform;

    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

  • Solution Architecture:

    • Ensure that architectural solutions meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.

  • IT Engineering & DevSecOps:

    • Promote a DevSecOps culture, integrating security practices into the software development lifecycle.

  • Data Governance:

    • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance;

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance standards and best practices.

  • Data Analytics and Data Science:

    • Lead the data analytics and data science teams to derive actionable insights from data;

    • Implement advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence solutions to support business decision-making.

  • Data Culture:

    • Promote a data-driven culture across the organization, encouraging data literacy and the use of data in decision-making.

  • Data Platform:

    • Oversee the development and maintenance of the data platform, ensuring it supports data integration, storage, and analysis needs;

    • Ensure the data platform is scalable, reliable, and secure.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field;

  • 10 years of experience in IT and data management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position;

  • Proven experience in solution architecture, IT engineering, DevSecOps, data governance, data analytics, data science, and data platform management.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Strong leadership and team management skills;

  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and data management principles;

  • Proficiency in cloud computing, big data technologies, and advanced analytics tools;

  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects.
